Glenn Doshay –  Vice Chairman of the Board San Diego Padres -  Glenn Doshay joined the San Diego Padres
as a minority owner in April of 2003. He has served on the club’s board of directors since 1999 and is now the Co-Vice Chairman.
Doshay is the President of Palantir Associates, a private investment firm. An entrepreneur with two firms to his credit, he has over 20
years of experience as an investment analyst and portfolio manager. An active member in the San Diego community, Doshay volunteers
as a high school teacher and baseball coach. He is involved with the Serenity Fund, a family foundation benefitting children in need and
with the Boy Scouts of America. Doshay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA and a Master’s in Business
Administration from the University of Michigan.

J.P. Holland – President Holland Sports Group J.P. is currently the President of The Holland Sports Group, an outside
marketing firm specializing in managing the marketing activities of professional sports teams and various colleges, conferences and
universities. Prior to his involvement in the world of sports, J.P. was an executive at Bear Stearns. most recently as a Managing Director.
During his twelve year tenure with Bear Stearns, Holland completed approximately 70 merger and acquisition, and corporate finance
transactions aggregating over $4 billion in value. These transactions included sales of companies, fairness opinions, restructuring plans
and expert valuation reports. Holland also served as a Member of the Marketing Committee for the inaugural San Francisco Bowl in 2002.
Previously, Holland served as a Principal with Donegal & Co., a financial advisory firm, and as a Research Analyst for the Hoover
Institution, an economic and political think tank. Holland received his undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford University,
where he competed in track & field, and his master's degree in sport management from the University of San Francisco.

Kevin Mabbutt - Sports Management, Restaurantuer ,Former English Soccer Star Kevin  was a star in the
British Premier soccer league from the ages of 18 to 26, when injuries forced him to retire from the game. Mr. Mabbutt is currently involved
in a number of sports, technology, film and marketing related business ventures

Marvin Demoff –  Sports Agent and Financial Advisor Director Neuberger Berman Sports  and renowned Sports
Agent whose clients have included Dan Marino, John Elway , Rick Mirer and Kirk McCaskill to name a few. Mr. Demoff is regarded as one
of the most successful and respected agents in all of professional sports.

John Rowe – President and CEO High Moon Studios John Rowe is a long-time veteran of the video game business,
with more than 24 years experience working with pioneers of the industry. Prior to establishing High Moon Studios, John was at Midway
Home Entertainment. John joined Midway in 1994 when Williams/Bally/Midway parent company, WMS, acquired Tradewest, a company
he co-founded and co-owned. John served as Midway's vice chairman and head of product development, spearheading the company's
entry into the consumer video game market and ultimately helping increase its consumer division revenues from $80 million to more
than $300 million. Under his leadership, the division introduced such blockbuster games as Doom64, NBA Hang Time, Cruisin' USA,
NFL Blitz, and many titles from the Mortal Kombat series.

Jim Abbott – Former Major League Baseball All-Star Jim had an outstanding baseball career at both the amateur and
professional levels. While at Michigan, Jim won a gold medal in the 1984 Olympics and then went on to have a successful Major League
career which included throwing a no-hitter while a member of the New York Yankees. Jim now is a much sought after motivational
speaker.

Mark Langston – Former Major League Baseball All-Star Mark is a former Major League All-Star pitcher while
playing for the Seattle Mariners, Anaheim Angels,Toronto Blue Jays and San Diego Padres. Since retiring from baseball, Mark has
participated in a number of start up companies and also from time to time will work as a color analyst for Major League Baseball
television broadcasts.

Drew Bledsoe – National Football League Quarterback Drew recently retired after completing his 14th year in the
National Football League as quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys. An All-American at Washington State University, Drew was the first
overall selection of the New England Patriots in the 1993 NFL Draft.  Drew was selected to the Pro Bowl four times with the Patriots and  
Buffalo Bills and closed out his standout career with the Dallas Cowboys. The Drew Bledsoe Foundation supports many charities
including Parenting with Dignity.
