Dan Beach - President and CEO
Dan has been working in and around consumer products and technology industries for over 19 years
and has a diverse background of experiences across sales, marketing, and product development
disciplines. He has held management positions at Disney, National Semiconductor, IBM and Motorola
as well as running a successful sales and marketing consulting business in the San Diego area. Dan
graduated from Gonzaga University with a BA in Education
Kirk McCaskill - Executive Vice President
After a successful 12 year career as a star pitcher with the California Angels and the Chicago White
Sox, Kirk retired to Rancho Sante Fe, California where he began working in video production, editing
and graphic design. Kirk has been instrumental in creation of the company's lines of business and
currently manages the editing and production staff at BRANDitTV. Kirk attended the University of
Vermont prior to starting his professional sports career after being drafted by both the California
Angels and by the National Hockey League's Winnipeg Jets.
Cory Woolf - Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining the company in 2008, Mr. Woolf was the Chief Financial Officer at The Picerne Group,
a privately held real estate investment company. Mr. Woolf was responsible for managing the
financial and back office operations of the Company, including: accounting, treasury and information
technology. Prior to that, Mr. Woolf worked at Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc., a public Real Estate
Investment Trust (“REIT”). Mr. Woolf oversaw the company’s financial operations for the company’s
138 shopping centers. Mr. Woolf was also an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where
he serviced clients in the investment management, mortgage banking, real estate, securities and
insurance industries. Mr. Woolf’s other experience includes accounting information systems,
securitizations, derivatives, benefit plans and income taxes.
Mr. Woolf received his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting,
from California State University San Marcos in 1998 and obtained his Certified Public Accountant
(“CPA”) certification in 2001.
Rick Mirer - Vice President
Rick Mirer helped co-found the company after a 12 year career as an NFL quarterback, including
being named the 1993 Rookie of the Year while calling the signals for the Seattle Seahawks. Rick has
primary responsibility for managing the company's content and strategic business partnerships. Rick
received his BA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
